Our Story
A neighbourhood institution, plated with care.
We sit just outside Burnley town centre, in Clowbridge — a generous old building with red lacquered chairs, white linens and lazy Susans built for sharing. Couples come for quiet midweek dinners; families pack the round tables on Sundays for the buffet.
The kitchen runs on the bones of classic Cantonese cooking: live-fire wok work, long-simmered stocks, fresh-folded dumplings, and the duck — always the duck.
